66 Miles. So much to explore.

Welcome to the wild side

Discover one of Scotland’s most scenic regions, comprising stunning coastlines, amazing wildlife, fantastic walking and water sports,  distilleries,  historical sites and masses of heart and soul.

Use the Kintyre 66 as your guide and take your time to immerse yourself fully in all Kintyre has to offer.  There is something for everyone! Kayak, paddle board or wild swim in our safe, clear waters, visit the stunning Isle of Gigha on Kintyre’s west coast, walk over to Davaar Island for a really unique experience, taste some of the best whiskies in the world and dine on the freshest seafood. With very low light pollution, our night skies are spectacular too.

The Kintyre 66 follows a 66 mile loop around Kintyre on the A83 and B842 public roads, with 6 spurs allowing you to venture even further. This is a route to be savoured, explored, enjoyed and re-visited again and again.
